Well the Revlon gel liner has not gotten much praise, but I personally havnt tried it. I've heard better things about Maybelline's gel eyeliner, Wet n Wild's, and Inglots. You could use your eyeliner as a base for a Smokey eye (almost like a cream shadow), you could also try using a hair dryer to warm it up and make it creamier before application.

You could use that but warm it slightly maybe? then fill in the gap between the liner with pencil, liner or black shadow. also, you can purchase specific brushes made for liquid liner. they might make it easier. good luck!
