Brown eyes can get away with wearing just about any color on the chart. I wear colors that I love versus what is supposedly best for brown eyes. The true determining factor is pairing up the right tones of blue for example with skintone. Light frosty blue shadow looks horrid on my skintone so if I use it I only put in the inner eye but never on my entire lid. But dark navy blues...matte,shimmering,glitter look absolutely gorgeous on me.
