Use a purple shampoo as a toner.

I don't think a purple shampoo is going to do enough to take out the orange. you could try a toner but I don't think it'll get out all the orange either. I think you might have to rebleach a second time. I know it may be pricey but go to a salon to have out fixed.

Use an ash toner and that will neutralize the orange to a natural color but for the light blonde roots I would use a shade darker color so that it blends into your ends, but if your trying to go lighter on the ends to match the blonde on top then you would have to rebleach only the ends and what's orange but I don't recommend it tho because double bleaching is going to cause a lot of breakage

Use a 9n or 10n anything neutral to tone out orange and yellow but apply it all over hair so you can get it all evened out...
