You can still use the oil blotting sheets if you get a little oil...these sheets have a translucent powder on them so it won't ruin your makeup either.

Get a cleanser which is for oily skin and just use it on the effected areas. In the winter my skin becomes more dry so this is what I do but obvs for dry skin :)

Oil is great for skin, but I understand its annoyance. A gentle, low percentage sal cleanser, and toning after with thayer rose, or aloe which hazel should help balance it out. Rose water is great too, as a toner... and hydrate with an oil free moisture... gel based... skinscript makes a great one. By not applying hydration to skin, and using harsh cleansers to strip away oils, the skin over produces lipids. Keep in mind, those lipids will keep your skin young. But I have dry skin, and have oily skin envy...
Oh yeah, clay masks. Don't let it completly dry on your face, you want it active. Once a week.
