Hey girls :) So it's been about a month now that I have a white spot right in the middle of my nose.. By white spot I mean, you know when you have a white head on your face and you just feel like bursting it? Well so I have that but underneath my skin and since I'm tanned it's pretty visible. Do you know a way do that it goes or just comes up to the surface? It's been a month and it has become bigger but won't pop up 😕

This sounds more like a boil than a pimple. Does the area around it hurt or is it sore?? A boil is similar to a pimple but it is a different type of bacteria that lasts a lot longer. Under your skin, white blood cells and bacteria collect to form these and they are very hard to remove at home. A salt water solution containing a couple of spoons of sea salt (or iodized salt) and a couple of spoonfuls of water should be applied to the boil and surrounding area to help keep it from growing bigger as well as easing any pain or sore spots. There are over the counter boil creams that can be applied to the area, but just a visit to your general physician would help. He/she will be able to tell you if it needs to be drained or if you'd need a higher dosage of medication :) hope this helps and good luck!

Probably a milia. Go to an aesthetician to get it extracted. Not something you do at home. Its best done with a facial to prep skin, then the area is lanced, and milia is pushed up and out. If done properly, its painless. Milia is caused by several factors. But its a clogged sweat gland. Where a pimple sebacious gland (oil). This is a guess, I'd have to see it to be certin there also sebacious hyperplasia, verucas, skin tags... don't pick it...
