Pinterest will be your best friend for this. I was a goth/metal girl myself... still am, just not as dramatic with my attire ;)

I personally love the more victorian goth style or the somewhat more early 90's goth style! used to live like a true goth girl myself and still love the style. especially the music (and metal). I'm sorry I don't have pics atm tho as I am on my slowpoke phone n.n. and yes, black is just a wonderful, mysterious, elegant color.

I love the goth look and when I was a little younger I dressed a mix between steampunk and pastel goth until my parents ended it... I agree with Rikki C. That pinterest is your best friend! However , I've added some pics of my favorite goth makeup!

My favorite styles of goth are the Victorian goth, the etheral goth, and the more 80'/90' goth.

Ahhh what even is pastel goth. Just no. Try different styles and clothes until you find what works for you and what you feel comfortable in and make it your own.

I feel like the Goth pictures seem to be way off of what I remember it to be,they look nothing like or anything close to the culture. but your best bet is to look into ( Gothic Beauty) Magazine. Most get goth confused with steam punk or obviously other styles.

Like, I like *some* 2000's goth (including SOME aspects of pastel, piercings, hair dye, etc.) but I want to stay true to the origins of goth.
