I have been dealing with heat everyday between 100-105 and from sweating I've broken out in a few places on my face. does witch hazel help with blemishes?

Witch hazel won't get rid of acne.. Once you have a blemish you all you can do is apply topical treatments to help it out. But remember to wear SPF as well as the sun can aggravate acne.

I like using with hazel combined with apple cider vinegar (diluted with water) as toner, and then obviously spot treat with either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide!

Origins super spot remover will immediately after one night get rid of any blemish! it's $15 and you can get it at sephora or Macy's and it is a salicylic acid treatment.
