What to wear with this dress.

I really want to wear this dress to work tomorrow, but need to hide my tattoos. So, I've got to wear leggings and a cover. would a gray color be better than black? What color for shoes, flats(I'm short so wearing a dress can make me look even shorter) or heels?

I agree with the black kimono.
Lack leggings and black boots would be my choice. I find green a bit hard to combine. It IS a gorgeous dress though.
