I am currently using Neutrogena facewash, Neutrogena sunscreen spf50 and cetaphil OS at night.. plse help as I really dnt know what to do.

I would stop using both the Neutrogena products, they're NOT non comedogenic. you could use 15 % tea tree oil on the zits, applied with an ear bud. Cetaphil OS is a decent face wash, you could continue its use. And I suggest you see a doctor and tell him or her whatever products you are using and your skin history.

Your skin looks pretty dry. The skin can also reproduce to much oil if it gets dry or dehydrated to take care of itself. Drink lots of water. I agree with Ame stop the Neutrogena face wash most likely it has salicylic acid and can be too drying for the skin. Agree on spot treat tee tree oil on breakouts. Also keep pillowcases clean if your a side sleeper. Wash at least every day or other day. I have broken out on my cheeks when I don't wash my pillowcases or make up brushes.

Yes tea tree oil is safe for oily and sensitive skin, I have the same. If you're worried, just test it on a small area before applying it on all your zits. It really works well.

Traci L.
Hey hun you just ask me this I told you to get tee tree oil to spot treat with or dilute it and use it all over, and neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser does not dry your skin out ,if you can get to a dermatologist I would recommend it.

You can make your own by diluted 100 percent tee tree oil and distilled water just shake it before use ,any brand will be fine if it says 100 percent pure.

It's safe but it is mixed with other things like castor oil it may irritate your skin but I can't say for sure hun it depends on your skin

Jul 8, 2014
Traci L.
Yes you can still use it and use a tee tree toner and tee tree spot treatment the salicylic acid in the cleanser helps to keep your pores clean and the tee tree kills surface bacteria,
