Getting rid of spots on the neck??

Hey so I have 2 spots on my neck that came out the other day... I'm not sure if it may be becos of the heat but does anyone know anything that works to get rid of them quiet quickly?? Thanks :D.

I would rub petroleum jelly on it and then lotion and see if that helps!
