Apply lotion on everyday and exfoliate with a oil/sugar scrub:)

Make sure you don't put lotion on right away after shaving, it can cause those bumps, just wait a little and then moisturizer

I would just make sure my razor is a really good one, I use the Venus Embrace 3 pack, and it works really well and it has a moisturizer in it, and it doesn't hurt or nick me a lot, I use that and then I put on lotion afterwards.
