Any oils... (Jojoba, coconut, ect.) why? My store doesn't hold any but vegetable oil.
Good morning ladies! I would really appreciate your help to try find one because my hair is now damaged and I want to try repair. If not, I will need to cut even more off. Thanks in advance and have a nice day. :)

Also no avocado please, we barely ever get any fresh fruits and veggies.

Can I ask why you don't want to use oils? Oils are a great source of protein, and since hair is made of protein, they help repair it. Aside from oil, things like eggs are good for your hair (same reason, the protein).

Ah, that makes sense. You can always order coconut oil or something via Amazon.

Try an egg hair mask its easy and makes your hair really shiny and soft. I feel where youre coming from my grandmother lived in Alaska and there was only one store that didnt carry everything.

I'd try mayonnaise! I've also heard of people using beer. Just make sure you have a fragrant shampoo to wash it out with lol.
