I love both ,I like the ped egg when I don't have time to soak my feet and I have to go out I just use it wash them and lotion them and there good to go but the pumice stone is great when you're giving yourself a pedicure,you do have to be careful with that ped egg thou it is a bunch of razors and I do agree with Maggie you have to replace the blades often because then do get dull.

I use a foot file. a pumice stone is like a sponge. because it's porous, it's like a sponge. when moist, it s a perfect environment for bacteria to grow and thrive.
