Yeah what is your hair type and what are your specific hair issues? For me I try to take really good care of my hair with the best in quality products and heat protection as well as washing only 2-3 times a week to keep it healthy.

For dry & damage hair tips??

I think jacqlyn has said it all 👏
Although I have one thing to add, use oils on the ends of your hair after you shower and your hair is at least 50% dry. It'll lock in moisture and help prevent split ends. My personal favorite is argon oil, but coconut, olive and pretty much most oils are good too.

Something Alyx said is important you can use products to prevent damage - but once it's been done you cannot repair it - if your hair is currently damaged the best thing you can do is cut it off - so getting a haircut is the best thing and then use products designed for moisture and protecting your hair in between cuts - I like the moisture line by Paul Mitchell for shampoo/conditioner
