I really don't get what's so wrong with your shoulders but Flannels are cute you can style them many different ways. Lace shirts that you can put camis under are also adorable. Button up shirts, blouses, cardigans, even just t-shirts can look stylish without going over the top. If you really love a tank top you could get something to go over it that'll not show your shoulders but show the top

A good pair of jeans, leggings, maybe even sweats? I loved wearing sweat pants at my school no one really cared cause everyone understands how bumming it is. Very
Comfortable shoes!!

It's a religious school so it's going to be conservative. I don't see a problem with that. Maxi skirts and dresses are simple and easy to make into cute outfits. Jeans are also match everything and make cute and simple outfits.

I would recommend going to a store & trying on a few outfits that are in dress code & are cute & fashionable. (:
You can wet very simple clothes & adding some jewelry or styling your hair can really make a difference on your appearance. Don't worry to much about it. Just remember to be yourself & have fun z.
