Which is better, being out in the sun all day every day to tan or once a month either spray tan or a tanning bed?
I would think that being outside every day would be worse but I'd like to know your opinion!

Spray tan since it doesn't involve you've rays.

Being out in the sun all say is a bad thing but you have to have the sun to get vitamin D.
I cannot tell you which on e is the worst since all of them have their ups and downs. A spray tan is probably the healthiest but it does not last like a regular tan.
Tanning bed are perfectly fine as long as you don't burn and go longer than 15 minutes in them. Also just go once or twice a week at the most I would say. The burning is what causes skin cancer.
Same with sun. The burning is bad for you. If you do not burn you will be fine. You pretty much can stay outside as long as you want. But just put sunblock or sunscreen on. Personally I love the sun better than all the rest.
