I got a sunburn and it's turned in to a tan, but a few small spots are peeling. Is there a way to get rid of this? And prevent other parts from peeling? And for the spots that are peeling, will they be a different color than the rest of my now tan skin? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks ladies.

That happened to my sister. I'm not sure what to do but my mom put lotion on her face and she was allergic and her face was super puffy and it was the funniest thing ever!

Don't pick at the peels. It will make it way worse.

Let it be! I had sun poisoning on my arm and chest a few months ago. I was literally peeling off inches of skin at a time. With me peeling it off, it made skin that wasn't even burnt peel off as well. The way that I got the dead skin to come off naturally was to take a wet wash cloth, and put it in the freezer for a little bit until it's super cold. Then, gently rub it over the area of skin after you wet the rag. This will help gently exfoliate and the cold water will help soothe any itching.
Yes you will be two different colors. I would put self tanner on the lighter spots. Try to avoid sun for a little bit!

Its no longer red or hurting, I got it last Friday. It's faded to a nice tan, apart from a few little peeling spots. But thanks you!
