Well, I don't know much about hair but I can help with makeup.
I love ardell lashes.
I would not use face primer for eyeshadow, as it won't enhance the colors or longevity as well as an eyeprimer.
Here's what I would bring:
Toner
Moisturizer
Primer
Foundation
Concealer/corrector
Setting powder
Blush
Bronzer
Eyebrow pencil/powder
Eyebrow gel
Nude eyeshadow pallette
Eyeliner
Mascara
Falsies
Lipstick
Lip liner
Lipgloss
Maybe a contouring powder too.
Lastly a set of brushes and brush spot cleaner
Hope I didn't forget anything lol.

I would also bring tweezers ( she may have stray hairs.. Unless she has a good one ) probably
Some visine to make sure the whites in her eyes are as white as try can be. I'd bring a different color lipstick if she has a different reception dress. And probably some mints just to be sure lmao

91%-99% alcohol if you don't already have beauty so clean.
A mixing palette and spatula if you'll be working with cream foundations.
Straws so they won't ruin their lipstick.
Setting spray to take away the look of any powder.
A camera to document the look for your portfolio and to make sure that there's no flash back on your client/friend's face before setting her loose.
