I am NC42 And I was looking for a nude which works on brown/olive skin. To my Indian brown girls, I have to tell you I may have just found my Holy Grail everyday color for work/day. I tried Twig and Brave and Creme in you Coffee and Mocha. Twig and brave : pretty but silvery undertone and made me look washed out. Mocha was pretty and I almost bought it when the MAc girls suggested RETRO. OMG. Just perfection. Try this one, my beautiful brown girls and stay away from the ghost face look that I've seen so many of my Indian beauties sporting in an effort to do the nude lip.

Ok, I'm a nc45 and I love nude lippies but I don't think I ever swatched Retro. I might have to meet this shade in person. Gorgeous!!

Oh Shelley! You must! I am in love, really. It's in satin and just creamy enough to hydrate but dries kind of matte. I wore it today to test it out and it stayed put for a long time - more than 5 hours, sans reapplication. Going to wear it to office tomorrow and see if it passes the 8 hour test :)
