I was wondering if anyone has any experience/reviews on any protein treatments to help keep my hair healthy. It's in pretty great shape for everything that I do to it, but occasionally I'd like something a bit more effective than a hair mask. Something with keratin or any other kind of protein would be super helpful, and I'd love it if I could do it at home. My hairstylist does keratin rinses and keratin treatments on my hair every couple months when I get a trim, but something I can do without him would be nice, since I live 60% of the time out of state :)
If you can give pretty full reviews, I'd love it!

Ugh, I love your hair so much!! I'll see if that's available in the states, looks like it gives great results. Also, I don't mind parabens in my products so that's no big deal :)

Swaps aren't allowed on the forum, I can try shipitto, if there's an Italian website to look at?

Not a problem, don't worry about it! I'm busy with google. The American things I can find are Redken and Keratin Complex. I like both brands, my hairstylist uses Keratin Complex on me but it's super expensive...might have to just buck up and do it lol.

I guess that maybe it's a better idea to buy whatever's close enough geographically!

I use aphogee 2 minute reconstructor. You can buy it at Sally's. I like this product because It's very conditioning and it decreases the shedding and breakage if you are experiencing that...
The smell is subtle. Not too strong and not stink. The consistency is very thick.
If your hair is severely bad they actually have a 2 step protein from the same company but since you mention It's not then I think the 2 minute reconstructor should be fine.
