I heard about the vitamin e capsules...that they are very good for skin and hair...is it true??
I have Evion vitamin E capsules.

No...I don't take them...but should I use as externally??
means apply gel of the capsule direct to the skin or hair??

Vitamin e capsules are good for both skin and hair when applied topically. But be careful with it on your skin, it can break some people out. YouTube has tons of hair and face masks that include vitamin e in them. I'd suggest looking at klairdelys, she has a bunch I believe. Or Michelle phan. :)
