What shoes to wear with this little dress?

I'm having trouble figuring out what shoes to wear with this dress.. Any suggestions to spark up any ideas would be very nice. I'm mostly having issues coming up with a color :(

Thank you Kat- I got it on sale for $12.00 at cotton on.
I have enormous boots though... they are not even my size. I'm a size 9.. they are a size 7 and they fit me! I don't think they go with dresses.. maybe just my uniform and BDU's! lol.
Those little square shaped part of its on the bottom actually sick out on the front.. so it'll look so funny. They are so exaggerated in person.. people usually stare at them and ask me if my feet is burning! (It's like 90 degrees out and no my feet aren't burning. )
