Help, I have suffered with acne for years, I went on Cerazette, birth control pill and it seemed to sort it (not the reason I went on it) as I had acne on my face, back and chest. About 6 months before I came of the pill my skin on my face has gone awful!
I had boils along my jawline about 3 months ago, which has now gone due to a short course of antibiotics, but now I have white little spots like the size of blackheads on my chin leading to my cheek and my spots are awful on my cheeks. I also have a lot of scarring from my acne, the doctor says I do not need to be referred to a dermatologist at the moment.
My question is, what can I do at home to help my problem?
Aswell as washing my face 2x a day, I exfoliate every 3 days and use a scrub to wash/exfoliate my face.

What skin type do you have? ( Dry skin, Oily, or both)..
What products are you using?
Besides my two questions, scrubs don't do anything for acne. A chemical exfoliant - which is also very gentle can help exfoliate deep into the pore.
A spot treatment ( Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Tea Tree Oil ) for your spots can help.
For scarring you need SPF and an antioxidant serum ( Like a vitamin c serum), along with chemical exfoliation. SPF is important otherwise they will never fade.

Two tsps of Papaya and one tsp. of honey on the face for about 5 mins helps diminish acne scars and it helpa give your face a healthy glow. I've heard good things about a Garnier peel and another product that help fade scars!
