Is pencil eyeliner or liquid eyeliner easier for a winged eye?

Pencil is easier and make a more "smokey" look but liquid is more precise and look better. It depends on which look you want :)

I would use a liquid or a gel liner! :) it's what I use and it works great!

Liquid is best for a wing. even gel. in my opinion pencil looks messy when its used for a wing liner look.

Liquid definitely. A pencil will not give you a crisp and sharp wing at all.

Liquid gives you a more crisp, starp line, however I wouldn't say it's easier at all.
for a beginner I would start out with a pencil. I've used pencils to do winged liner before & it looked just fine. I personally now use gel liner tho.

Try Elf liquid eyeliner it's my holy grail and only a dollar. So for me it's liquid.

Liquid would look more beautiful but a pencil is easier

Out of those two liquid has more precision and would have a more clean winged shape, but personally I prefer gel.

Gel for me too. Liquid is alright but even though I've been doing makeup for quite a while now I'm still too scared to bother with liquid unless it's like a color. For some reason full on black liquid liner is so intimidating to me lol. Gel can give the same precision as a liquid but you have much more control and can build on to it, take your time, and reshape as needed without it running into your eyes or smudging.
