I'd go just normal hair and simple makeup... College isn't a fashion show and you'll stick out if you overdress

Have you taken a tour there and seen how people dress? Not all colleges are super simple. Mine for example, you'd never ever see anyone wearing sweats. Girls wear heels, winged liner, full face makeup, nice hairstyles, dresses and stylish outfits, etc. the most important thing is to wear something you're confident in! 😊

I agree with Emily B.! As a college student, I can assure there are tons of girls I see that wear full face makeup, wedges or heels, and never wear sweatpants. (Myself included). Wear something that you feel most comfortable in, if you look comfortable you'll be fine it's only when you look like you're trying too hard that people think you're doing too much.

Where and put on makeup on how you feel comfortable, after beeing in class for hours it wears you out the important thing is that you getkearn what it is you need to learn and handle buissness... If I were you I would just do simple makeup maybe foundation blush, mascara and eyeliner, and put on comfortable clothes... Hope you have a great 1stday at collage.

What colleges do you people go to? Hahahaha at mine there was no time to look good except for presentations. Everyone just kind of wore comfy stuff. I would just wear whatever you like. Dress nicely but not too overdone.

No matter how dressy other girls dress on an everyday basis at your college, I would suggest not wearing heels/wedges on your first day, just in case you are running late because of being lost. You want to wear cute shoes that you won't twist an ankle in (I may be speaking from experience here)

My undergrad years...some days I dressed up but that was only due to presentations or coming from work and I was already wearing my monkey suit (professional clothing). Most times I was literally in jeans or sweats. I always made sure I wore a lippie and mascara. Just wear what you feel comfortable in and not dress for those around you. After awhile you are going to get so bogged down with studying and completing assignments that the thought of dressing up is going to be a mute point.
