My nails are like this too right now :( not quite as bad but I too have just stopped biting my nails I hateeee this. My nails are strong but they look dirty to me cause of the way in some spots seems thicker if that makes sense at all lol! But yes Sally Hansen makes a good strengthening polish :)

Another thing that can make your nails peely like that is hot water, especiallu washing dishes without gloves. so watch put for that!

Yes! Some multivitamins should also help a lot.
