How do I treat dead hair to get it to look more silky and smooth and not dead and fizzy?

If it's dead, cut it off. There is no way to bring hair back to life, and you're going to need to start over or else it will just continue getting more and more damaged until it falls off itself (and not very evenly). Go get a trim and instead focus on keeping it healthy to prevent the problem you have now

I've been trying to get mine more smooth and less frizzy too! What I've found helps is if I don't use much heat on it (or any heat at all) and also after I wash it in the shower, a couple times a week I'll put a hair mask on it and let that sit for about 30 minutes. Then I'll usually rinse that out and put on some Moroccan oil, focusing on the ends, and maybe I'll put like an anti-frizz cream in too. Also, from time to time get your hair trimmed, and you can also ask your hairdresser what she recommends. (:

If your hair is dead the only thing you can do for it is cut it off. Then after its cut you can keep it healthy by using less heat and using Argan oil and washing it less like every 3-5 days

I also have this problem from bleaching. I soak my hair in coconut oil and buy hair masks with biotin. Works wonders!

I wish I didn't have to tell you this but if it's dead just cut all of the dead hair off. Your hair will grow back more healthy that way. However if you mean that your hair is just kind of dry and frizzy I would recommend pantene overnight miracle and the garnier fructis serum :)

It would take more effort trying to replenish it than to just cut it off. But there are some shampoo's that will fix your problem.
