Will bleaching leave my hair too rough?

I am going to bleach my hair tips and then dye them red. Just wanted to ask will bleach make my hair too rough that even hair color won't be able to fix it? Is bleaching my hair okay or not?

It won't make it to rough unless you keep dying it or using to much heat on it but hair color will fix it and it's ok.
