The only thing that has helped my dark circles is Lancome Genifique Eye Pearl Serum. But dark circles are caused by many different things, genetics, lack of sleep, vitamin deficiencies, anemia, hyperpigmention from melasma, photo damage or physical trauma to the skin and more. So, I can't say what worked for me will work for your friend. But its worth a try.

I read really good things about the striVectin treatment of it's due to pigmentation and not thin skin or lack of sleep or allergies. It's the StriVectin EV Get Even. I also heard great reviews about the classic SD version and that it does in fact reduce the appearance of dark circles. The only thing is that it's quite expensive but in my opinion worth a shot if you are getting married!

If her dark circles are only the results of what you say, then in order to improve them, she's going to have to get more sleep & either eat better or take some vitamins to replace the ones she's not getting due to dieting.

If you have dark circles it's usually genetics or about bad diet like a lack of vitamins and of course a lack of pure water. Do you drink water enough? Do you get enough sleep and rest?
And if you have puffines around your eyes you can try to make them better with cucumbers (because of the hydrating effect), green tea (because of healing properties) and with cold :) One trick is also remembering not to sleep on your tummy because that will collect puffines around your eyes.
...And luckily there's a lot of great products on market that will usually help in some way if you find a good product that fits you:)
But who cares if you have dark circles, just SMILE and no one won't even notice! :)
