How do you stop biting nails? It's a really bad habit I have😔 makes me really bad about my nails so I go out and spend 30-40 dollars on acrylics... Any thing that will help?

Every time you try biting either slap yourself or put a rubber band on your wrist and flick yourself with it.

Dip your finger tips in a liquid you don't like to taste ( I.e. Lemon/lime juice, vinegar, etc)

I usually just cut them short but also dipping them in like something you don't like like lemon juice helps :D
