A safe way to change your eyelash colour?

I've had my brows done professionally four or five times and it works but doesn't last more than a week:/

But why tint them? You could just use mascara or, even better embrace what you have. I don't mean to offend anyone who has done it or wants to I just don't get it.

I've never had it done but if I did it would be because I have very light eyelashes naturally and sometimes I don't want to have to cake my lashes in mascara to darken them. It'd look more natural, obviously too.

Yeah I can see now how some of the advantages it could have. I still wouldn't do it though. I'm sorry if I offended anyone by chance :)

At my job we are not allowed ANY make up so that could be a reason someone who have their lashes colored.

That's true Erica I didn't think of that. But I don't know dying your lashes? It seems kind if dangerous having all those chemicals so close to your eye. But I'm not an expert so I could be wrong.

I've had it done a while back. never took a picture though. it was ok but I'd go over it w mascara anyway for volume and length it was kinda pointless for me. I could see it being a benifit for someone with exremly light lashes if they wanted to always have color to them though

Ms.Danny, do you remember how much it cost and how long it lasted?

A lot of women that have very fair hair or that have gone gray have their brows/lashes tinted. its usually a vegetable base colorant and gentle peroxide applied with a spoolie. I've never had an issue with it getting in someone's eyes.

Kacey I know it ran me more then my brow tint. I wanna say it was between $25-30. did it last long eh is say a couple weeks. for me I don't think I'd do it again. now the brow tint I alway have done. my brows are pretty light and it makes a huge difference!

I could see the advantages esp for people with blonde lash hair where it always appears as though you have no lashes at all - and mascara just look unnatural no matter what you do so tinting is more convenient - but agree it should be done by a professional and not at home with a box dye.

It's great. My lashes are really long and curly, but blonde on the tips so for me it was better than wearing mascara which always clumps!
