I've got dry skin on my face that makes my face quite flaky and foundation never ends up looing good on it. What's a really good exfoliator to use to reduce/eliminate the flakiness?

I love Liz Earle face exfoliater with jojoba beads and Elemis Gentle rose exfoliator. I have dry skin too:)

Make your own! Grind up some oats in a blender, add honey and olive oil and you got a nice gentle hydrating face scrub. You can also use sugar instead of the oats if you want something a bit more heavy duty.

I use exfoliating gloves a lot when I wash my face, or I use the Olay Spinbrush. Very good for removing flakes!! Also good moisturizers after exfoliating are a must!

Be careful with exfoliators because it could just make your skin worse so don't use everyday. I use my Clarisonic for exfoliating but using a washcloth can help instead of using harsh exfoliators, I think the St. Ives Green Tea is good (don't use the Apricot!! It creates Micro Cuts!) or Neutrogena and Biore are good too. I highly recommend CeraVe for dry skin! It really helped my dryness when I switched; I use the Hydrating Cleanser and Moisturizing Lotion or Cream. Aquaphor also helps tremendously for dry flaky patches.

Aloe Vera , Coconut Oil , Milk , Honey. For you I would mix coconut oil , milk , and sugar as a good exfoliate. The coconut O has the fatty acids to moisturize and the milk helps with it too. Inflammatory and soothing properties. The lactic exfoliates dead skin. So this would be good to just mix both C;
