When I had eczema on my legs, I used a topical cream called Cortisone. It really worked but I don't know if you should use it facially. Maybe ask a doctor to be sure.

I have eczema on my feet, I use goat milk soap and moisture for the omega content, I have also incorporate EFA's into my diet to aid the condition internally as well. Since doing this I have noted a huge improvement and reduction in my eczema. Although stimulants like coffee in higher doses does flare my condition x

I have psoriasis and I use psoriasin gel - I have it on my eyes and face as well and it works well it's a coal tar treatment tho and really only good on small areas - otherwise I find deep moisture from certain oils also helps as well as gentle exfoliation - so the oils I like are jojoba n maracuja and I also find sugar scrubs to be gentle enough to get rid of the scales without irritating my skin.

Hemp Hand Protector from Body Shop is the best skin care product I've ever used as I have dermatitis on my hands and this cleared it all up. For the rest of the body I would recommend E45 but Body Shop also has a wide range of skin care products. It's all natural ingredients too!

I suggest L'occatine 100% Shea Butter. Everyone in my family has Eczema and this has helped calm and clear up their eczema. It helps restore and balance your natural Ph level xx

Treat the eczema with a prescription. Once it clears up find fragrance free dye free products that are non hypoallergenic.
I personally use Dermasil lotion and Cerave facewash. Cetaphil cream will work as well. Goodluck:-)
