The foundation and blush brushes are what I started with. The professional brushes are spendy so those are a good start.

Personally I didn't like the sephora brushes.

I have 2 sephora brushes, the flat contour for face and the tapered crease for eye and I love them both, especially the tapered crease. I plan to buy more.

I despise the angle brush used for liners. That was a disappointment for the size and price-point. Just feels so cheap. I do love their contour brush...works nicely for me but other than that I wouldn't buy another.

They are hit or miss, mostly miss. Invest in brushes that will hold up. I like my sigma, mac, and some of the billyb ones. Every bdellum brush I have, is a treasure. Very good line, very affordable. Some of my macs are 20yrs old. The sigmas are new to me, but I like em... I got the premium kit. I use every brush in it. So it was a good buy. No shedding. But the hiked up pirces recently.
Bdellium. Pink, green, and yellow... imo, the way to go.
