Ooh I second purple and gold although I go a bit more copper toned with something like Urban Decay Baked or Half Baked and then for the purple I like MAC's Sketch. It looks great with grey/blue eyes!

I love purple and silver together. I usually use Urban Decay's Uzi or Polyester Bride (that ones a bit more white than silver), and one of UD's many shades of purple. I like purple and gold too but I always lean more toward silver, just a personal preference :)
