okay, so I have small eyes and my lashes are short.
Can someone please help me.. how can I make my eyes look bigger?

You can open up your eyes with a dab of white eyeshadow/eyeliner in the inner corner of your eye and on your water line. It shoud open up your eyes immediantley & give you that 'awake' look. As for the lashes, you could get lash extensions, but if you're seeking for a cheaper method, you should apply vaseline to your lashes every night. It may take a while, but it helped for me! Gahhh I have the same problem the people in my makeup class pick on me for it :( what you want to do is add white shadow near the tear duck & a lot of people like to put white in their water line, for a more natural effect you can use a peach liner.
