What are some good glitter polishes to be able to do this?( this is not my pic, I do not claim this at all!!)

Essie has good glitter polishes, as does Sally Hansen!

Barry M is pretty good with glitter polishes. Sinful Colors also have a similar gold glitter, but it's a little more red toned. You want to find a glitter polish with a high density. One with larger glitter pieces and a lot of clear won't achieve the same look.

Nails inc does a glitter one and looks just like that I have one but its the silver version.
