They're exactly what they sound like lol, nail polishes with a matte finish. You can buy them pretty much anywhere. Most nail polish brands carry a matte line. Oh, and you can always do diy matte nails. Just boil some water and hang your nails over the water if that makes sense lol.

You can get a matte top coat so you can still use colors you already have :) you can get them at target and they last about any average nail polish to me

I got a wet n wild matte top coat from Wal-Mart. so I can make any polish have a matte finish.
