My problem is that now that I've grown my hair longer its just gone too thin and flat! I know my shorter hair looked bouncier and looked like it had more volume, but I don't want to cut my hair and I need a fix for dull lacklustre hair!
I wash my hair every two days and have completely stopped using the hot iron.

Everytime you want to let your hair grow you need to trm it every 2 to 3 months to prevent it from thining toward the ends. Try washing every 3 days and use dry shampoo tha will give u instant volume.

No silicone! That'll coat your hair especially fine hair and create build up!!!! Have you though of layers? Layers will make your hair look fuller and give it some volume. Also check out some moouse. I personally use Paul Mitchell's extra body. I love it. Trust me I have fine hair too, and I've been doing hair for 4 1/2 years. Good luck. Oh, one more thing! Invest in an extra body shampoo and conditioner, and try biotin vitamins. Please don't use any shampoo or conditioners with silicone!
