So, my issue is that I've read that you shouldn't wash your hair daily, however, I work out daily, and I do sweat, and it does get in ny haur, so if anyone could offer suggestions, advice and/ or opinions on maybe a certain shampoo or conditioner, or perhaps a sort of routine I could do to prevent my hair from drying out, I'd appreciate it.

My general routun as of yet is a minimum ammount of shampoo, (lathered in hand first, place through hair, then rinsed). Then I leave in conditioner for the remaining duration of my shower, then I rinse it out at end with luke warm water. After towel drying my hair a bit I apply Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Split Ends Mender, DAILY. -.- haha

If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

I started using 100% natural bar soap as shampoo and it has made my hair not have that gross oily part on top the day after I washed it. But I think if you shower daily anyway, try just rinsing your hair, rubbing your scalp as if you were shampooing but without product.

Yeah, using a sulfate-free more natural shampoo daily is way better than using just any. The reason it's bad to wash it everyday is because of the chemicals in some shampoos that dry it out. If you find more of a nourishing sulfate-free shampoo + conditioner that would help your problem for sure! :)

I work out daily too, and only wash my hair three to two times a week. It's gross and sweaty but honestly I think you'd get use to it if you just stuck to it! My hair went through a nasty transition face of being pretty greasy, but now even with working out its rarely a problem. If need be I just wear my hair up. Even with a sulfate free shampoo and such it's just easier on your hair all around to not wash it daily. Good luck mam! :)

Try baby powder, dry shampoos, or try dryer sheets. Yes dryer sheets, you read correctly. Lol.
