When I was still in school I found a really good formula for determining a rate. I don't think this is the same article but I think it covers all the same things. Personally I would charge for wear and tear on your brushes, product replenishment, possibly travel expenses if it's not close by. Once you factor in all the money you need to keep your tools and supplies up, you need to be able to make a profit so I would then tack a little onto that so you are walking away with some money that can go to things other than supply and product upkeep. There are different ways to do it though as you'll see in the article. Hope it helps!
