I use Splat. (from walgreens) They have alot of color choices and its around 7$ a box. Its messy though, I recomend parting your hair and having a braid on each side of your head. Put the rubber band as low or high as you want it. Then take your fingers and die all the hair under the rubber band. Be careful though it will dye your skin for a cuple days. So wear the gloves!!(: I love this stuff. My hair is currently dip dyed red and I used this product.! Hope I helped.

I have brown hair and dip dyed mine blonde, I mixed up 2 parts lemon juice, 1 part bleach (what i found in the laundry) and 3 parts water, mixed it together and dipped my hair in, after 10 minutes I mixed 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water and dipped my hair in again to stop te bleaching then washed out with normal shampoo and conditioner, was done a few years ago but turned out really well!
