Ladies!! I want to dye my hair light ash brown and I have a lil bit of burgundy right now I'm planning to bleach it before I dye it its going to be my first time using bleach and my question is if after bleach should I like blow dry and then dye or wait a few hours or days before the dye or what!? I really don't know so any tips are welcome ✌️

Personally when I bleached then dyed my hair, I bleached, air dried it (took a few hours for it to completely dry) and then colored it. I just got very thing over with fast. Then deep conditioned like crazy😁 watch out for brassy tones!!

No! don't bleach it if you're going to brown. look into color stripping to get the burgundy out. You can use a high lift color to further lighten your hair. If you "bleach" it you'll start pulling all the pigment out then when you go to dye it brownish you could end up with a muddy green color. do some more research before doing anything.

Remember that the peroxide in color developer will lighten your hair without "bleaching" it.

And the color wheel is your friend. violet tones counter yellow tones, blue tones cancel orange, etc. There are some fantastic toning shampoos and conditioners out there so, again, keep researching so you are more likely to end up with the results you want.
