Hair accents, yay or nay? What color?

I've been thinking about what my friend said about my hair today. She said I would probably look good with reverse ombré. I'm blonde, so the ends would be black. I've also been wanting to go goth, and get black or white highlights. Or colored ones! What's your opinion?
Fun Fact: I remember when I was about 5, I drew myself with the bottom half of my hair black. I'm 13 now. I liked ombré before it was cool! Or heard of for that matter. It was unheard of by me, anyway!

You're quite young to be dying your hair black and with white highlights and whatever, I'd stick to going natural colours at the moment, then more vibrant and whatever when you're 15/16. I'm 15 and have never dyed my hair.

It would be temporary or something like that, of course! My mom has been dyeing her hair since she graduated high school, and the chemicals ruined her hair. She color stripped it, and it was a blonde-green! Temp. is the way to go. Btw, everyone else at school is dyeing their hair. Apparently society has allowed newbie teens to dye their hair, why not me? And I just realized the ends of my hair are kinda light in the pic. And I will consider the brown.
