So I have really oily eyelids and all the eyeliners I have tried so far always smudge when I do a wing. Any good eyeliners I should try? Drug store or high end, doesn't matter.

I'd definitely put a primer on your lids beforehand. My absolute favorite liner is Stila's Stay All Day liquid liner! I have very oily kids and this stuff stays on 24/7.

You should try using your eye liner and then a black eye shadow on top of it.
That will almost set it like a powder over your foundation.

Use an eye primer first.

I would recommend MACs Chromaline. It comes in a jar like Fluidline but it's a larger jar and not like the fluid line it's actual more of a cream, more pigmented and once it dries it stays on ALL DAY no smudging. I have oily lids as well and this liner is HG for me.
