I use the coconut milk and love it, it's thicker than coconut oil.

Coconut milk is super hydrating and doesn't have the weighing down tendency of coconut oil. I have oily skin which is acne prone so my doc advised me to use coconut milk instead of oil in my hair mask, it works really well, but is a bit less hydrating than the oil.
