Tomorrow I am wanting to do a simple cat eye, but I don't know how. Any tips? Or maybe a pictorial?

YouTube! It really helps.

I suggest YouTube. Also, place a piece of tape (put it on the back of your hand several times so it's not as sticky) and place it where you want the wing. Not a very good explanation which is why I suggest YouTube.

I feel like it's hard to get a precise line and sharp point with a pencil. I use Kat Von D tattoo liner. Gels good too.

Maggie has a good picture. you won't be able to make the wing like that with a pencil, though. Gel liner is also really easy if you have that. if your hands shake a bit, like mine, you can just rest your elbow on the counter/table, or hold your elbow steady with your other hand :)

If you want to use a pencil just use tape to get that perfect point or use liquid liner to draw the quick triangle shape and fill in with the pencil, then set it with a black shadow
