If you actually want to help grow fuller eyebrows, try using Vaseline Petroleum Jelly on your brow area every night before bed. This will help moisturize and strengthen the hair follicles of your brows to help fend off hair fall-out and will help your brows look thicker over time.
You could also try filling them in, I absolutely love using a powder eyeshadow (I use a mix between two shades-- apply a shade lighter than your natural hairs throughout the brow, then take a color slightly darker than your natural color and place where your arch is to help define it and use this color to extend the brow if needed) to apply color to any sparse areas of my brows, then I set the powder with Lancome's Modele Sourcils to set the brows and help blend out the powder and ensure the color lasts all day. Hope this helps!!

I started by using Anastasia Stencils as well as her powder. I bought mine at Ulta. I found that applying the powder using a small angled brush. Remember to use 1 to 2 shades lighter than your hair color. No one like "Sharpie" eyebrows. lol. Hope that helps. This is just how I do mine :)
