#217 blending brush is a dream. Or a Paint Pot...doubles as a nice eye primer.

Pro Longwear concealer or lipstick :) I don't have any MAC products personally (and sadly), but I love Ruby Woo, Please Me, Rebel, Heroine, and Creme Cup.

I was going to say Ruby Woo lipstick but Traci is right on with the MSF in Soft and Gentle. Also the 217 blending brush, use it everyday. The paint pot in Painterly.
I think you should get something fun for your first M.A.C purchase so I would really say lipstick and a lipglass. Or an eyeshadow.

Ruby Woo lipstick! Or if you buy a eyeshadow I would suggest a refill pan. They are only $12 compared to $15. I have a magnetic Z-Palette that I like to put them in.
