And remember to post either the products used, or the techniques used to create your looks, so these don't become selfie threads, and remain beneficial to the BL community...

Not bad. It is a little "airy" looking. Make sure to be precise. I am guessing you were going for a classic winged eye look, so I suggest just making your line more defined. Here is a picture...
Hope this helped! Have a marvelous day!

Since when is "selfish threads" a bad thing? everyone just wants to show their makeup. btw "selfie" stupid word.

@Ashley L. I don't feel like your tone is very welcoming. Lets try to be respectful please, Beautylish is not a place for comments like this.

The moderators have specifically said that "selfie-threads" aren't necessarily the best thing because they aren't beneficial to multiple people on here. There is nothing wrong with them, but they remain beneficial to everybody if the products used are listed, etc... Nobody is calling anyone selfish, and I understand that people like to know other's opinions on their work, but unless it is said specifically, and some information is given about said work, then it simply benefits a few people at most... Sorry for the misunderstanding, Have a Marvelous Day!! :)

Your right that was a bit uncalled for, but I don't see how it is different. Listing products used or not.. its still the same and I don't think there is a need to tell people "don't make these selfie threads" Thats rude and disrespectful commenting on everyone's thread telling them how and what they should put. Not every single post needs to be a specific way. I've seen this several times already and that would make me not even want to bother creating a thread.

Honey, I'm sorry you found this rude... That was not my intention. I just want to let people know that just posting a picture of themselves isn't beneficial to the BL community. I am simply looking out for my makeup family... If you don't like that, then I am truly sorry. However your comment will not change that I will continue to occasionally tell people. I am only trying to help, nothing more. My intentions are good, and again I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but you must understand that I am not being mean or rude. When I comment, telling them this, I always follow with helpful critiques and opinions. I feel it no longer needs to be discussed. Thank you and have a marvelous day. :)

I'm with Ashley on this...especially people (non moderators trying to dictate other peoples posts...I saw nothing wrong with how she posted her thread gish beautiliah is getting too bitchy for me...we should support each other as beautiful ladies we are and not be soo bitchy to one another.

Guys I really am not trying to be that. (Sorry I don't use profanity) Honestly... I am only tring to help. Alma put it out there to remind people and stuff. I am not trying to make you all upset. I'm sorry... But there is no need to act this way... I'm through with this post. There is no real need to discuss it further. You all have your opinions I have mine, that is all there is to it. Have a good day.:)
